We offer private chef service for intimate events (maximum 20 people), customized healthy meal preparation for regular clients and express courses to learn how to implement healthy eating at home.

Yes, we take care of selecting and buying fresh and quality products, always avoiding processed and unhealthy foods. The purchase receipt is presented together with the invoice at the end of each month.

At each visit (twice a week), we prepare healthy meals to cover up to three days, adjusting to the client’s needs and preferences.

Of course. When we finish, we make sure to leave the kitchen clean and tidy, just as we found it.

Nutrition and Menu Customization

Yes, all our menus are customized according to customer needs, whether for food intolerances, specific diets (gluten-free, lactose-free, low-carbohydrate, etc.) or personal preferences.

Our style of cooking is healthy and balanced, with fresh and seasonal ingredients, always avoiding ultra-processed and unhealthy products.

Whenever possible, we prioritize organic and local ingredients to guarantee the best quality.

Logistics and Preparation

All we need is a kitchen equipped with the basics: two frying pans, three pots, bowls and hot and cold glass jars.

The duration depends on the type of menu and the number of courses, but the chef works efficiently to cover all meals planned during your visit.

We recommend booking at least one week in advance, especially for weekend events.

Costs and Payments

The price is 45 ?/hour from the arrival of the chef at the home until the end of the service, including preparation time, cooking and cleaning.

At the end of each month, we send an invoice with the detail of the hours worked and the purchase receipt of the ingredients.

This will depend on the location of the address. If it is outside the usual work area, a small additional charge may apply.

Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, 50% of the reserved service will be charged.

Express Courses and Nutrition Education

These are practical sessions where we teach families how to adopt a healthier diet in their daily lives. They include menu planning, ingredient selection and simple and effective cooking techniques.

The duration is three days: the first two days are online, and the third day the chef comes to your home to give the class in person, review progress and offer new cooking tips.

Of course. Many clients choose to take the course and then continue with our twice-weekly healthy meal service.

Quality Assurance and Experience

If the chef is unable to attend, a new date or an alternative solution will be offered immediately.
