Meet the Chef Behind Every Dish
I am Mariela Yapu Mamani, private chef specialized in personalized cooking.
My passion for gastronomy has led me to travel around different countries, cooking for people who value quality, wellness and detail in every dish. I started my career in Ibiza, working as a private chef for a high-level company, serving VIP clients and celebrities. There I learned to create unique experiences, tailored to each person.

Then I continued my journey in London, in renowned Asian fusion restaurants such as ZELA, ROCA and Novikov. It was a period of much learning that enriched my style and allowed me to integrate new techniques and flavors.
Later, I settled in Andorra, where I worked in five-star hotels and perfected my skills as a chef de partie. With all this accumulated experience, I decided to start my own project as a private chef.
Today, at MayChef Privado, I am dedicated to creating menus designed for each client: from athletes and businessmen to people who simply want to take care of themselves and eat well without sacrificing flavor. I listen, adapt and cook with attention to every detail, because for me, cooking is not just about preparing food: it’s about accompanying your lifestyle.

We offer private chef service for intimate events (maximum 20 people), customized healthy meal preparation for regular clients and express courses to learn how to implement healthy eating at home.

Our style of cooking is healthy and balanced, with fresh and seasonal ingredients, always avoiding ultra-processed and unhealthy products.
How long does it take the chef to prepare the meals?
The duration depends on the type of menu and the number of courses, but the chef works efficiently to cover all meals planned during your visit.
How is payment made?
At the end of each month, we send an invoice with the detail of the hours worked and the purchase receipt of the ingredients.
What happens if the chef is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances?
If the chef is unable to attend, a new date or an alternative solution will be offered immediately.
